Dr. Flynn is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to veterinary medical school, she worked as an invasive cardiovascular technician for several years then completed a PhD at Yale University in fields related to biomedical research. Following veterinary medical school, Dr. Flynn completed a rotating-internship at a busy emergency-specialty center before returning to UW-Madison for a Cardiology residency. She joined CUVS in 2023.
Dr. Flynn is committed to working with patients, clients, and colleagues to offer the highest standard of care to patients with congenital or acquired cardiac disease and to building monitoring and treatment plans best-suited to each individual patient and circumstance. Clients appreciate Dr. Flynn’s compassionate and honest communication style and her astute attention to detail.
