The winners of our "Pets of Summer" Contest!

The competition was stiff in our "Pets of Summer" Contest. We had dogs lounging in the sun, enjoying the beach, the ocean, the park and even ice cream. We had pups and their owners in coordinating outfits, and cats basking in their families' warm gardens. But these two Labrador Retrievers won our staff over with their aquatics and brotherly love.

Finn and Hudson's mom Nicole shared a little bit more about her boys: "Finn is 5 months old and Hudson is 6 years old. Finn came into our lives this past May, a year after Hudson lost his big brother to cancer. Hudson went through tremendous depression over the loss of Henry...animals definitely do grieve! Finn has brought so much joy back into our house and now the two are totally inseparable and the best of friends. Hudson is now the big brother and loving every minute of it!!"

These handsome guys aren't just full of character - they're models too! They are the faces and inspiration for Nicole's company Buddha Dog, where she makes organic, stylish collars, leashes and accessories for canine children everywhere. Read more about her company here.
