Enroll your pet to be an official CUVS Lifesaver and help save the lives of other pets in need.
The CUVS Lifeline Blood Bank
Using volunteer and thoroughly screened donors, our in-house blood bank produces and stores blood components to meet the transfusion needs of our patients.
All donors are screened prior to enrollment for underlying metabolic illness and infectious diseases. The screening is repeated annually to ensure the continued health of our donors. Donors are asked to donate blood 3-4 times per year, averaging once every 3 months. Blood donations are safe and our Blood Bank team is dedicated to making this an enjoyable experience for both our donors and owners.
